Agenda 21 Jackson County Commissioners Derelicts ROGER FREDINBURG

In short, what he is trying to tell you is that the County is completely powerless and subject to Federal control.

So that begs the question; Why have a County government at all?

Reading between the lines you can hear the musical tones of that old County cash register “Ka-ching-ing” along keeping the bureaucratic status-quo intact.

They never ever want to talk about the sheer mass of land taken off the tax roles and out of productive private hands under the O&C lands agreement – They never want to talk about the fact that the “lands” are obligated to provide for the larger purpose of building the community. That “land” was set aside to guarantee us a driving force to turn the wheels of a resource based economy – that is what is required to flow from it, not government paychecks and retirement plans. The Feds are in Breach of the agreement, and the County is Derelict in their duty to serve and protect the interests of the folks who live here by not sueing the Federal scum bags for breach of contract. Not sueing the eco-Nazi’s for damages they caused to the people of this county is derelict, period!

Yes they should sue – for breach and for damages – and they would win, But Uncle Sam might cut them off the teat of the Nanny State and so they doodle instead.

The point of the O&C deal was not simply to fund a county bureaucracy, but to secure an economic foundation and to drive the local economy, to assure Jobs and a lasting economic base.

They have been preaching that Tourism was going to rise up and save us from the waves of financial ruin caused by the eco-terror movement. They’ve been preaching that lie for over 20 years… I am still waiting…And so is everyone else … By now you would think folks might see through the smoke?

Why aren’t they fighting to stop A21?

Because Agenda 21 gives them a way out, a place to pass the buck later, it helps them avoid doing their due diligence to right the wrong – It helps them ignore the horrors of lost freedom and helps them find cover in the big lie; That lie being the concealment of a Globalist plan to secure the area’s natural resources for “future generations”.

I wonder, what will it be like in the future, locked out of the lands and wilderness, forced into little apartments along a railway, No cars, no independence, no privacy, never able to fully enjoy the bounty of nature so as to protect it for the next generation who will never get to use or enjoy the land so as to protect it from the next generation who will never see or use it as to protect it from……….. Hello?

They are all crazy! My guess is China will ultimately be the ones to exploit our natural resources.

They are actually being preserved as collateral for Federal debts.

They locked up the land to secure the resources for the money lenders.

Any county hack who interferes will find a car crash or heart attack in their immediate future. Don’t you get it? They will be killed if they interfere.

I admire your spunk, but like I said, the public just wants another Tattoo Parlor and cheap piercing studio. They are happy to live on SNAP, subsidy housing, and mooch off of their parents, grand parents and neighbors.

Who is it you are fighting for? and why?

If I thought there was a chance, I would join you in the fight … But the SHEEPLE in this place are more disgusting now than they were in the 90′s when I was most active.

I really don’t know how to help. What I feel inside is not an acceptable mind set in today’s PC AmeriKa. And to broadcast my true inner thoughts would be very dangerous these days. Sad to say … I hope I am wrong, but it looks to me like the experiment we knew as America is a failed endeavor remanded to the parchments of history, or as they say DOA.

One final thought – In Maine they have huge forests, very similar to here. They are booming right now, the Timber industry has never been better. The Forests are incredible, beautiful and vibrant. They produce 39 tree species as marketable wood products. The only real difference between their system and ours, well, ours in 95% Government owned, Maine’s forests are 95% Privately owned… Just a thought to ponder.

Commissioner John,

I appreciate your responding to my letter to each of you three
commissioners, and I believe you knew what I meant. The clearly intended
meaning was that all three Commissioners are sleeping on the job with
regards to Agenda 21’s tentacles wrapping around and inside Jackson County –
so ‘while on the job’ as Commissioners, not during previous tenures in the
private sector.

Since your election, there has been more than adequate time for all three
commissioners to be completely informed about Agenda 21, so why the
defensive postures? Commissioner Skundrick responds by congratulating the
‘tone’ of a citizen’s letter, and you respond with misinterpreted meaning?
Have any commissioners watched the Agenda 21 videos?

With RVCOG in place as the rubber stamping agency (with what authority?),
here are the video links again (full screen’s recommended):

As liaison to the newly chaired NRAC (thank you for the update of the
changing of the guard), have you shared this information with NRAC members
to help them make more informed recommendations to the board of
commissioners? Why isn’t the clear and present danger to liberty in Jackson
County acknowledged by county government? Is there a gag order that
restricts you from legislating on behalf of those who elected you?

Why is it commissioners are not acting on behalf of most citizens, in need
of dams to sustain stock and crops, as well as fight fires with helicopters?
You’re a logical guy, John, so riddle me this…When a reservoir of any size
is at-capacity and three drops of rain fall into it, how much water flows
out of the reservoir? …If you answered three raindrops, you would be
correct! This is the very important point that smart people haven’t yet
spoken.

Despite what Salem’s Watermaster would like the county to believe, as you
described in your letter from personal experience, dams do not impound
water. When viewed from a holistic perspective, which is the only
perspective to use when analyzing natural resources, dams merely retain
water, and on a temporary basis…We’re not talking about stagnant swamps
here, the Harrington ponds were permitted by the county, and they were
operating just fine.

Please, Commissioner John, you’re a smart guy…You really need to implement
your intellectual capacity against the State’s attempts to slowly destroy
this county’s economic livelihood. It’s almost too late, but not quite…If
you can simply speak up, even as a minority voice in a dissenting vote –
eventually, the common sense logic will overtake the illogical modus
operandi of government, which is to claim an unalienable right (granted by
our Creator) is a privilege before revoking it, then taxing the victim for
the forceful action.

Curt Chancler’s promised grandfathered status of his livelihood has been
ignored by the county, and you can’t even go to bat against Salem in his
favor? Where is the constitutional representation to which you swore a
solemn oath? This is your wake-up call as commissioner, and your invitation
to keep in touch is accepted. Advising any influence that citizen feedback
is having on commissioner votes will be a welcomed improvement in how the
county operates.

Sincerely,

Kevin Goodrich

Subject: Re: Agenda 21 vs. Sovereignty

Kevin,

I’m surprised you feel that I’m sleeping on the job and that I have not
invented, created, or produced anything. So for clarification let me say I
won’t be here long enough to collect a pension. I sold my house in 1977 and
took the equity to open the first Burger King Restaurant in Medford. I then
developed a plan to open a new one in Oregon every 2 years and did that for
a total of 14 restaurants. I employed up to 450 employees with many of them
remaining with me for over 20 years. Several years ago I was approached by a
large Burger King Franchisee in California who offered to purchase all of my
restaurants so I sold them about six months before I ran for office. I could
have retired at that time and lived happily ever after, but decide to give
back to the community and state that have been so good to me.

I often hear from citizens with ideas on how to oppose Agenda 21 but they
usually revolve around tyranny or not requiring land use approval or
building permits. While this all sounds good most people realize that
without permits they can’t get financing or ever sell their house. With that
in mind we often find it is in everyone’s best interest to try and work
within the system. An example is what we call 12-07 which is the Governor’s
Executive Order which allows us to either rezone, or develop a new
classification, for land in Jackson, Douglas, and Josephine Counties. I meet
with commissioners and planning directors from the other counties on a
regular basis and we are moving forward on developing more opportunities for
owners of rural lands in these counties. This is tedious work as it involves
trying to convince the DLCD and LCDC of the advantages of these changes. I
recently went to Lakeview to address the LCDC on this matter.

I recently heard a County Commissioner from Curry County say “I’m going to
explode the next time someone says: Just SUE the federal government to allow
logging on federal land”. I agree with him as suing the feds has proven to
be a losing proposition and a frontal assault is not wise as they have more
GUNS than us. With that in mind we need to just keep “digging in our heels”
as they keep “chipping away” at our freedoms.

On another matter, Alan Campbell dropped off to me your email to him. He
asked that I respond as he is not the chair of NRAC as of Sept. 1. The new
chair is Frances Oyung and she will preside over the Sept. 18th meeting. I
feel the NRAC committee is our most valuable committee and we rely on them
for advice on issues such as GMO, cattle, timber, aggregate, fish and
wildlife, water resources, etc. The Harrington issue is a State issue and I
think if you investigate the details of the case you will see that it
involves more than rainwater collection on just his property. Imagine a
large ranch such as Rogue River Ranch, between the Table Rocks, and someone
upstream decided to impound all of their water (even though they had water
rights) and the Ranch’s 400 acres of hay ground dried up. I used to own the
Pitchfork Ranch on Highway 140 and had 1884 water rights. Had someone
upstream built reservoirs and impounded the upstream water it would have
destroyed all of my crops. The Medford Water Commission still pumps water
out of the Rogue near White City to supplement the Big Butte Springs flow
and has the recorded water right to those flows.

Back to NRAC. I am the liaison to that committee and noticed that their 6
subcommittees have pretty much fallen apart so we will be tuning that up at
the next meeting on the 18th. Come by if you are available.

Keep in touch,

John Rachor

All three commissioners of the people’s county named “Jackson”:

With all due respect, wake Up…Do you really think it’s your duty to sleep
until you’re unelected so you can collect a pension off the backs of those
who invent, create, and produce something? Awaken right now to the clear and
present threat that has arrived; you must take immediate action.

Agenda 21 was passed in the
United Nations in the same year that Al Gore came out with his book, Earth
in the Balance, and claims that he apparently invented the Internet as well.
Gore continues to take modern ecology to religious extremes, inventing the
man-caused global warming myth. Although global warming or man-made climate
change (or whichever name will be used next) has been debunked by several
respected scientists, Gore and others are hell-bent on erasing the lines of
American sovereignty in favor of a *one world government* – relentlessly
pushing and pursuing Agenda 21′s main goals. Genetically engineered
alterations to our food supply? Come on! Imprisoning property owners for
temporarily storing water for cattle to survive and fire-fighting
helicopters to dip their buckets? Really?…You really want to be remembered
for doing nothing while people suffer from Agenda 21’s effects on your
watch !?

Despite Salem’s counsel injected into the people’s county courthouse and
RVCOG acting as a rubber-stamping “authority” to steamroll Salem’s
implementation of unlawful Federal policy into Jackson County…you are
hereby implored to stand up and fight the growing threat against your
constituents’ liberty, precisely as you three were elected to do so. If the
oath of your office that each of you solemnly took was kept, so help you
God, you would fight on behalf of your neighbors instead of acquiescing to
tyranny as Counsel advises.

http://spreadlibertynews.com/ten-examples-of-agenda-21-implementation/

How many more of these kinds of messages will be necessary before you take
action and do the right thing, against Salem’s tyranny and for your
neighbors who helped you get elected? Now that you have read this message
(of many), you are hereby enjoined to not ignore it.
